How long will it take for my item to ship?

Shipping will be made within 1-5 business days unless item is backordered.  If item is backordered then it will be shipped as soon as it comes in.


Can I get expedited shipping?

At this time we can not accommodate expedited shipping requests.


Do you ship to PO, APO and FPO addresses?

 At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses. These type of addresses are set up by the United States Postal Service for personal and military use. We ship products using UPS, Fedex, DHL and other private carriers that do not ship to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.



How can I have a product returned?

 

To return a product, call or e-mail us your order number and we will begin the RMA process.

Once you receive the return authorization information you can return the product according to the return instructions provided for a full refund less any restocking fees and shipping costs, in accordance with the return policy.  We will do our best to make it a painless as possible.  (Refund may take up to 2 weeks after product has been received.)

Please do not attempt to return any product without going through the RMA process. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
